VASES, CANDLES, & SIGNAGE “OH MY”
CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN DECOR?

In short, yes. It all depends what stye of vases you are thinking. The most common vases that we allow to be provided with anticipation and planning are bud vases.
Most of our couples love thrifting and make it a wedding goal to search high and low of eccentric bud vases.
If you are interested in providing your own vases here are a few tips to consider…
1) Consider table shape. Round, Oval or Rectangle.
2) Consider the color, quantity and quality needed. Its important you provide an exact vase count and color to your florist before deciding if you want to take on this task to make sure it matches the overall aesthetic.
3) Consider the opening of the bud vases. Our standard pricing reflect “dime or nickel” size vase opening.
4) Consider washing/scrubbing your bud vases thoroughly with soap, water and a few drops of bleach to disinfect. We will not accept vases along side our florals that are note clean. This is a service thats included if we provide them.
5) Consider providing more vases than needed to cover unexpected damage.
6) Consider providing your vases to 3-4 months before your wedding.

If you are interested in providing your own candles here are a few tips to consider…
1) Consider table shape. Round, Oval or Rectangle.
2) Consider the quantity needed. Because handling glass that is not ours is a liability, its important you provide an exact candle count to your florist before deciding if you want to take on this task. Depending on the amount we may request the venue install them on your behalf.
3) Consider the color of the candle and size.
4) Consider washing/scrubbing your candle hurricanes thoroughly with soap, water and a few drops of bleach to disinfect. We will not accept candle hurricanes along side our florals that are note clean. This is a service thats included if we provide them.
5) Consider providing more candles than needed to cover unexpected damage.
6) Consider providing your candles no less than 2 months before your wedding.

If you are interested in providing your own signage and or large structures like wedding arches here are a few tips to consider…
1) Consider the size.
2) Consider the quantity needed. Because handling large structures that is not ours is a liability, its important you provide a representation/photo/specs to your florist before deciding if you want to take on this task. Not all structures are created equal which may impact your overall floral design in fullness and how we install our florals on it.
3) Consider installing and relocating your signage/structure yourself. We will not be responsible for installing, uninstalling, or adding sandbags or stakes to these structures. This is a service thats included if we provide them.
